A: Don't be afraid to start at the bottom and work up. Gather as much information along the way so that you can contribute to the larger organization. Take your time, work hard and enjoy the journey.

A: Creating strategies and tactics to ensure consumers pick up a Glade® product over other brands every time they walk to the Air Care shelf!

A: Be passionate, be creative, be a team player!

A: Every Tuesday and Thursday, we have pick-up basketball games at the gym that includes folks from all functional areas and all levels of the organization. Let's just say I have blocked one of our VP's shot a couple of times!

A: The company really values work/life balance.

A: You can go to the gym on your lunch hour and take part in Yoga!

Q: Can you say something about the environment, and how your role has an impact on that?

A: My job is mostly about reducing our footprint on the environment. We have aggressive Corporate Goals that include reducing our waste emissions and Green House Gases. Thanks to the commitment from all levels of the organization we are on track to exceed our targets!
